If Barcelona’s Sagrada Familia can attract more than 5 million annual visitors, each paying up to €30 each, to look inside an incomplete, non-historic and small (compared to an OA-City) building for 30 minutes or so – arguably, it is better seen from the outside – then the potential for an OA-City with all its facilities and attractions is enormous.

Oasis Cities could attract millions of paying visitors.
