MMCC (Man Made Climate Change) is VERY REAL  

It is not a conspiracy and certainly not a hoax.  

Many who dwell on the “right” of the political spectrum – as I do on many issues – have convinced themselves that MMCC is a leftist conspiracy to “increase green taxes”, etc., and CC, assuming it is even happening, is merely part of a natural climatic cycle like the “Little Ice Age” of a few hundred years ago.  For rightists to dismiss what they see as a “leftist” obsession simply because they think “the left is always wrong” is foolish.  I also think the left is wrong on many (or most) issues, but there are exceptions to every rule, and this is almost certainly one of them..!

If we compare the earth with the slow defrosting of a faulty fridge, the gradual warming we are experiencing now may have its origins decades ago but, as with a fridge, it took quite a while before we noticed that the ice is slowly melting.  If the earth is now at the “slowly melting” stage then we can expect the slow drip to become a slow trickle, then a faster trickle, and finally a deluge.  There is, in fact, a mounting body of evidence that GW is slowly accelerating and may increase exponentially and not linearly, as generally assumed.  If this is the case, and I suspect it is, then its already FAR TOO LATE to do anything about it, even in the (extremely unlikely) case that EVERY COUNTRY were to take the same sort of remedial actions that the West – and ONLY the west – is seriously attempting.  So in that respect, the right is right..!  But, even if you’re a CC denier, it would be incredibly irresponsible to blindly carry on with “business as normal”.   After, all YOU MIGHT BE WRONG..!  Even if we cannot fix the fridge completely, we should at least attempt some adjustments (in our lifestyle) that might slow the melting.   Perhaps taking some stuff out of the fridge or arranging the contents differently might slow the melting and prevent a total defrosting. 

Or, more to the point, building Oasis-Cities that would consume far less land, energy and resources and enable us to (mostly) dispense with cars..!

By the end of this century, if not much earlier, those fortunate and far-seeing enough to have migrated from crime-plagued OB-Cities to the relative safety and security of OA-Cities will be insulated from rising sea-levels, storms, floods, heat, cold, even earthquakes,  or whatever nature throws at them.  A high degree of self-sufficiency and defensibility will provide protection from the coming societal breakdown resulting from naive leftist-initiated “cultural enrichment” fantasies.   Extrapolating from the exponential increase in “knife crime” and “grooming gangs” (media euphemism for pimping and sex-slaving), livestock-rustling, pet snatching, etc., – all of which are almost exclusively perpetrated by “migrants” – its not too hard to conceive of a near future where bands of heavily armed thugs rove the land, plundering and killing and torturing and enslaving at will – as, lest we forget, it once was in Europe and remains so in many parts of the world.   For those brought up in the peaceful and well-ordered society that Britain has mostly been for the last 300 years or so, this prognosis might sound far-fetched and alarmist.

WHO CAN SAY what will happen in the next 20-50 years..?
