WITHIN 50 YEARS, HALF THE POPULATION OF ADVANCED COUNTRIES WILL LIVE IN OASIS-CITIES, or similar enclosed habitats..!  But long before that, the conventional property market will have crashed, due to high crime and the attraction of Oasis-Cities.  DON’T SAY YOU HAVEN’T BEEN WARNED..!

The advantages of OA-CITIES are so OVERWHELMING that the statement above hardly qualifies as a prediction at all..!   

Its the no-brainer of all no-brainers..!
