SONGDO – Korea’s $40 billion “smart city”

Songdo appears to have a nice enough park with a big recreational lake, but I fail to see what is “smart” about a high-rise city built around cars and where one has to go outside in all weathers. For those who don’t know Korea has bitterly cold winters and hot, humid summers.
